ProCap reserves the right to terminate any ProStart Shared Player Account under the following conditions: Violation of Terms and Conditions: Engaging in activities that breach ProCap's terms of service, including but not limited to fraudulent activities, misuse of the platform, or violation of community guidelines.
Inactivity: Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be subject to termination.
Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information during the registration process or in any interactions with ProCap.
Unauthorized Use: Sharing or transferring account access to unauthorized users, or using the account for purposes other than those intended by ProCap.
2. Group Approval for Termination
Collective Agreement: For ProStart Shared Player Accounts, termination will only proceed if all members of the associated group within the ProCap Basic Account agree to the termination.
ProStart Admin Approval: Once unanimous consent from the group is obtained, the ProStart Admin will review and approve the termination of the account.
3. Notice of Termination
Notification: Users will receive an email notification at least 30 days before the termination of their account, outlining the reasons for termination and any actions that may be taken to prevent it.
Immediate Termination: In cases of severe violations, such as fraudulent activities or significant breaches of security, ProCap reserves the right to terminate the account immediately without prior notice.
4. Effects of Termination
Account Access: Upon termination, users will lose access to their ProCap account, including any associated data, funds, and benefits.
Forfeiture of Funds: Any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited, depending on the nature of the violation.
Termination Fees:
Before 1 Year: A 30% termination fee will be applied to the account balance if the account is terminated within the first year.
After 1 Year: A 10% termination fee will be applied to the account balance if the account is terminated after one year.
Prohibition of Re-registration: Terminated users may be prohibited from creating a new account with ProCap.
5. Appeal Process
Appeal Submission: Users may submit an appeal within 14 days of receiving the termination notice by contacting ProCap's customer support.
Review and Decision: ProCap will review the appeal and respond within 30 days. The decision of the appeal process is final.
6. Refunds
Eligibility: Refunds for terminated accounts will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the reasons for termination, the remaining balance, and the applicable termination fees.
Refund Process: If eligible, refunds will be processed within 10 days of account termination, minus the applicable termination fees and any additional charges.
7. Reinstatement
Reinstatement Request: Users may request account reinstatement within 14 days of termination, provided they have addressed the issues that led to the termination.
ProCap’s Discretion: Reinstatement is at the sole discretion of ProCap and may involve additional verification steps.
