Minimum Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old.
Legal Compliance: Participation must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Account Registration
Accurate Information: Provide accurate and current information during registration.
Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Multiple Accounts: ProStart allows users to hold multiple accounts for greater flexibility.
4. Plan Options
ProStart offers the following plan variants:
Lite - $165 USD: Entry-level option with basic features. Monthly Return: 6%.
Core - $245.50 USD: Mid-tier option with added benefits. Monthly Return: 7%.
Standard - $495 USD: Comprehensive plan with balanced features. Monthly Return: 8%.
Advance - $825 USD: High-level plan with premium benefits. Monthly Return: 9%.
Premier - $1,238 USD: Top-tier plan with maximum features and protections. Monthly Return: 10%.
Purchase: Complete the purchase to activate your selected plan.
5. Automatic Fund Collection
Fund Gathering: The system will automatically collect the funds needed to complete the Basic Plan Policy for ProCap’s Gaming Insurance.
6. Notifications and Community Engagement
Account Activation Notification: Receive an email confirmation upon account activation.
Community Engagement: Invitation to join the ProStart Telegram Group Chat (GC) for updates and member connection.
7. Account Monitoring
Tracking: Monitor your account status, daily income, deposits, and withdrawals through the ProStart Dashboard Platform, which includes security features for safe tracking.
8. Account Activation and Management
Admin Management: A ProStart Team Admin will manage and play the Shared Player Account on your behalf.
Live Gameplay Viewing: Watch live gameplay via the Telegram GC, where the ProStart team uses the Quantum 7 Formula for up to 7 rounds daily.
9. Earnings Agreement
Fixed Income Based on Plan Selection: ProStart Shared Player Account holders agree to a fixed monthly income ranging between 6% to 10%, depending on the chosen plan.
10. Fees and Withdrawals
Gas Fee: An additional $5 gas fee is charged for payments to ProCap.
Payment Charges: A 0.8% payment charge applies to transactions.
Withdrawal Fees: ProStart covers the 3% conversion fee and the $5 service fee, resulting in zero charges during monthly withdrawals.
Termination Fees: A 30% termination fee applies if the account is terminated within the first year. After one year, a 10% termination fee applies.
11. Termination of Account
Voluntary Termination: Users may request account termination, subject to applicable fees.
Group Approval: Termination of a ProStart Shared Player Account requires unanimous agreement from all group members within the ProCap Basic Account and final approval by the ProStart Admin.
ProCap-Initiated Termination: ProCap reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms, inactivity, or unauthorized use.

Affordable Access: Participate in ProCap's program even if you can't afford the Basic Plan Policy.
No Fees on Withdrawals: Enjoy zero charges on withdrawals due to ProStart covering all associated fees.

Referral Bonuses: Earn a 5% incentive reward for each successful referral to the ProStart Shared Player Account.

13. Conscious Participation
Program Awareness: By joining ProStart, users acknowledge and agree that ProStart is a team or community of ProCap players supporting those who cannot afford ProCap's Basic Plan Policy. ProStart provides a Shared Player Account Backbone by ProCap, allowing participation at a level below the Basic Account. ProStart aims to help individuals achieve financial freedom.
14. Limitation of Liability
No Guarantee of Profits: ProCap does not guarantee any specific level of profitability or success for Shared Player Accounts.
Disclaimer of Warranties: ProCap disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
15. Privacy and Data Security
Data Collection: Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with ProCap's Privacy Policy.
Security Measures: ProCap employs security measures to protect user data, though absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
16. Amendments
Right to Modify: ProCap reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
Acceptance: Continued use of ProStart after changes indicates acceptance of the modified terms.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Applicable Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ProCap operates.
